Shipping Options

We offer two shipping methods:

• Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Delivery Areas

We ship globally but are unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few remote regions. Shipping times are estimates and may be subject to delays beyond our control, such as customs processing or seasonal peaks.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Return Period

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your order.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In their original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned unless faulty or damaged upon arrival:

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

3. Our team will respond with instructions and a Returns Authorisation (RA) number
4. Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging if possible
5. Ship the item to the address provided using a tracked service

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Processing times:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after approval
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval

For exchanges, we cover standard shipping costs for the replacement item.
